McCall Wines-TastingHARVEST EAST END is a 501 (c)(3) charity and annual fundraiser organized by the Long Island Wine Council. HARVEST showcases the wines of more than 40 East End winemakers, the dishes of 30+ top regional chefs and the foodcraft of local food artisans and purveyors. This gracious event supports our regional wine marketing efforts, and invests in the future of the region by giving to worthy charities that support and preserve our land and people now and for generations to come: the Peconic Land Trust and the Long Island Farm Bureau Promotion & Education Foundation. Be a part of this annual event and harvest the world-class wine and local flavors of one of the world’s most exciting, emerging viticultural and culinary destinations!

HARVEST 2014 will take place on Saturday, August 23, at the beautiful McCall Vineyard and Ranch in Cutchogue. The event includes the following component events:

The Festival Tasting
7:30-10 p.m.; $125 per person before August 10; $150 starting August 11 and at the door (if available)
Join local winemakers for current releases and barrel samples of their not-yet-released wines. The Festival Tasting also features the flavors of the region’s farms, fishermen, cheesemakers and other food artisans in dishes made and served by top local chefs. Bask in the bounty of Long Island in this walk-around tasting of wine and food.

Private entrance 6:30-7:30 p.m.; $275 per person, $2,500 per group of 10 or $3,000 for a reserved table for 10
Buy individual tickets or reserve tables of 10 in our well-appointed VIP space. Enjoy an hour of private time to meet winemakers and chefs, a sparkling wine reception, up-front event parking and exclusive access to the Library Lounge, where older vintages and special selections of wine will be served.

10-Mile Dinners
These unforgettable, ultra-local, multi-course meals are open to a small number of diners, by invitation only. Each will be hosted by a Long Island winemaker–pouring his reserve wines–with perfectly paired courses prepared by a top regional chef.
